Badminton Summer Camp 2018
Badminton Summer Camp 2018 is open for enrollment. These camps are designed for students between the ages of 8 and 15, who may be interested in getting started or sharpening their skills. This year, the camps will be offered in two locations, one in Burnsville High School for south metro residents and the other in Robbinsdale Activity Center for northwest metro residents. Please let me know if you have questions. NOTE:
(1) Minimum of 6 students for each session. Students must be at least 8 years old.
(2) Payment: Full payment must be received with registration form. Checks (payable to Summer Mao) and paypal (maosummer@hotmail.com), select “send money to friends and family” option) are accepted.
About Instructor
Summer Mao was a professional player in Shanghai Team in the1980s and 1990s. She still plays competitive badminton regularly in the Twin Cities. Her coaching experience includes serving as a coach for the Edina High School varsity badminton program, teaching students (ages 8-15) in Yinghua Academy and Huaxia Chinese School, and offering private lessons to youths ages 8-18. Her coaching programs focus on beginners. She has completed Minnesota State High School League's Coach CER chapters 1-4 and received the certificate.
